This is a simple Widget that stays hidden most of the time. When iTunes starts playing a new song, it pops up on the corner of the screen and announces the track name, artist, album, and shows a thumbnail of the album art.
The widget shows the artwork and track info, but in the background it also has a circle with a line through it and says "missing." Do you know how I can make that go away? I've tried to restart iTunes and restart the widget, but it didn't help.

I'd like to have something like this for Winamp. It handles music libraries much better. Now to find a widget that pops up what I'm playing while it's hidden...

Great object.... wanted something like this for a while. Very useful if you minimize itunes into the system tray.

A windows media player version probably could be done, but I'm not going to do it, as I don't use WMP very often, and I don't like it much for music management. You know, there are skins for WMP which make it very small, almost the size of my widget.

I like this widget and its concept, the only problem is that I rarely use iTunes and use Windows Media Player. Is it possible to make the same widget for other players? Good job anwyay!
