This Widget fetches random quotations from www.quotedb.com and displays them in the Widget.

October 31, 2005 · version 1.0 Author to EldonHi Eldon, The problem was with the scrolling status text used in the bottom of the widget (visible only when the widget has focus). This problem occurs only with windows 2000 ONLY. Windows XP doesn't have this problem.
I have fixed this issue and submitted a new version to the konfabulator review team. They should be publishing it soon.

October 31, 2005 · version 1.0 EldonThis widget uses approximately 33%-80% of my CPU cycles on a 1.5 GHz Pentium 4, 256 MB ram, Win2k OS. Glow Ball, Weather, and What-to-do run without taxing the CPU. I've loaded many other widgets as well with no CPU problem. I have deleted the registry key below and restarted Konfabulator with the same problem. I'll check back later if you have any ideas.. I'd really like to keep the widget if possible but can't afford to lose the system resources.
