Lella, I am a designer and if something I created inspired you, I would be truly mortified if my "friends" posted some of the comments made here.

That being said, perhaps you could name the creator in your description. I frequently see Firefox themes that say "Inspired by..." or "Based on original icons by..." etc. That would at least give him credit if someone wanted to commission him for custom icons, linking to his site or email would be more than kind.

Lella, don't listen to the idiots about stealing the icon. Hell if anything you are helping the guy out by using it. He only has 67.4% rating on xBugs.
