Learn Numbers

Learn Numbers is a Widget that will help you learn how to count in a foreign language. It functions like a set of flash cards, displaying each number with its foreign-language spelling (in blue) and an English-based phonetic spelling (in red). You can move forward and backward through the numbers manually at your own pace, or set the Widget into Auto Mode and it will advance through the numbers displaying each for five seconds.

This Widget currently supports five languages: Italian, German, French, Spanish, and Japanese.

nice work... one thing is missing - english numbers :-D
maybe U finde some time to start an update with other languages :-)

This widget is pretty cool, but I would like to see more languages added, such as Hindi, or Urdu, or Arabic.

I agree, there needs to be more numbers loaded into the widget. I would like to see every number from one to one hundred.

Or, give us a way to add them ourselves. Besides that it is a neat way to practice.

I was initially very impressed by this widget, but then I discovered that once you reach 20 it goes by 10's until 100 then 1000 then 1000000. Many of these languages have unique ways of saying numbers in between these units (esp. the 10's). Ex: 25 in German - Funf und Zwanzig, and Japanese: Nijuu-go, but no one would know how to properly say these numbers from what's given.

Cool widget, it is simple and does what is does well.
Also, 7 is Japanese is also nana, as well as shichi (what you have in your widget).
