LED Banner gives you a scrolling LED Banner on your desktop. You can have your own messages, customize the LED and border colors, and resize the length and height of the banner. You can enter a text in the preferences or specify a text file or any number of RSS URLs to be used as the source of the banner text.

November 16, 2007 · version 2.2 Merlingordonkcchan: Are you sure that you are using the latest version, 1.6.1 ? No notice is taken of the reload timer flag until the end of the currently displaying RSS feed, so you should not get a change of feed before the end. You can make a full report in the appropriare Third Party Widget Forum.

November 16, 2007 · version 2.2 KCGFirst of all, great widget. Secondly, not sure if it was my problem or a bug. When I have multiple RSS feeds, in the perference, it was stated that i would need to choose a reload interval. For example, say I chose 2mins, while it's displaying the first RSS feed, even if its not finished yet, it jumped to the second RSS feed after two minutes, any ideas? or any forum to discuss this issues?

November 16, 2007 · version 2.2 MerlinNikko: That particular site is very unusual in that it encloses all textual items in CDATA tags. The reason we don't currently remove them is, for example, that items in the Konfabulator Forums often have them in CODE examples and users will then want to see them. Removing them will not please everybody, so it is not so much a bug as a feature. What we could do in a future release would be to give you an option to suppress CDATA tags if you so wish.
