Finally! A way to check your LJ Friends page without loading it! As of right now, LiveJournal.com only allows you to get the posts of a single user in an RSS request. I love this Widget although it has just suddenly stopped working this evening. Everytime it tries to request data, it reports that "Login Failed".
I did change my username tonight (see above), however, I have verified my username and password something like 20 times now, and I can log into the LiveJournal site, but the LiveJournal Reader won't log in to LiveJournal.
HELP Please !

I wonder if you (or someone else) would be able to adapt it for Twitter.com? Twitter has RSS and basic_auth so it should be pretty easy. I would love to do it myself but i wouldn't know where to start.
Anyway, thanks again for this brilliant widget!

In my short time of using though this widget is *THE* killer application for me.
Other widgets I have chosen to use do have a system-related function, but if I'm honest they are eye candy too. I could live without them.
However, this one widget has changed the way I used my web-browswer. I used to have my LJ friends page open as a tab in Firefox, permanently. I even got an extension to automatically reload it for me.
