I believe I have fixed this widget to work with international codepages. Can either of you confirm that it is now working for you with your Russian codepages?

It's almost perfect.
Now would there be a way to put your mouse over a subject and read part, if not all, of the posted entry. Maybe even if it was a pic it could show that? (I get this example from Klipfolio...)

Unfortunately, due to the lack of RSS feed and the variance of HTML code on friends page, the only generic way to access the friends page is through LiveJournal's mobile version of the website, which requires authentication. However, the password is sent via SSL so it is completely secure.
