This is a desktop wallpaper changer with optional image frames.
Shows images from local folders or Flickr
Cycles through randomly or sequentially
Multiple image frames (none, slide, tape, smudge, heavy smudge, or jagged)
Fade transition (optional)
Handles portrait images nicely
Won't overly stretch small images
Uses lanczos filter for highest quality
Saves your favorite Flickr images to your local desktop folder
Can be paused/resumed
Can easily skip to next ima… More

November 15, 2007 · version 2.0 jaypakI loved the Magic Lantern widget at first. But when I changed the setting to a Tag search (from Interestingness) it has caused my PC to grind to an almost stand-still - CPU usage upped to 97%. Re-loading it has had no effect (poss. because it has 'remembered' it's previous setting?). I would like it to revert back to Interestingness but it is hanging. Forced to delete it, sorry to say. Unique of its sort, unless I'm mistaken, so very desirable.
