Magnify

Does NOT magnify. This is a pointing tool used to focus attention to an item onscreen. You can rotate the handle; and even "hide" the image as an icon, then bring it back again. Used in my classroom, it's great for presentations and tutorials.

What is missunderstanding for you of the discription what says : "Does NOT magnify." ?

I think the benefit of this widget is for those of us who teach/present..I set my level of window preference to topmost and used in a Powerpoint presentation. As the directions say, just to get attention. That is all this widget is meant to do. i love the fact that I can reduce to an icon and therefore keep it easily accessible. Of course, it would be nice if it would zoom in too, but as a tool to emphasize what you are refering to on the screen, it;s great.

I think it's just the right name for an widget that shows an MAGNIFYING GLASS.

Works exactly as described. Some people must have not read the directions at the top. A nice widget.
