Magnify

Does NOT magnify. This is a pointing tool used to focus attention to an item onscreen. You can rotate the handle; and even "hide" the image as an icon, then bring it back again. Used in my classroom, it's great for presentations and tutorials.

I'm astonished at the "negative reviews"... "False advertising?!?!" Can you people NOT read? Just a wild guess here, but I'd say it's probably called "magnify" because it's a represntation of a "MAGNIFYing Glass." Sure, maybe the author could have called it "spy glass" but then someone would be moaning about some mindless political connotation..."big brother widget..." Or maybe it could be called "Ring with tra…nsparent area in it with what looks like a handle for HIGHLIGHTING things in presentations Widget"... sorta like it says in the description! please add an option to MAGNIFY, other then that its false advertising. I was excited only to see that is Does NOT do what it looks like it should. You should add an option like Ctrl + to zo0m in or Ctrl - to Zo0m out.

There is also a freeware application, Virtual Magnification Tool, that will magnify on your screen. It's available for Windows, Linux, and FreeBSD; it's at http://magnifier.sourceforge.net/
