This Widget is another modification of the Mail Check Widget by Tony Arnold.

This version features a small footprint, and is fully compatible with Mac OS X 10.3 "Panther".

Nice widget; but in Leopard; it also counts To Do items in mail. This needs to be fixed;-)

My copy is strangely ignoring the "Always Display Widget" rule.

Also, it seems that Mail Check Star is actually counting the stuff in my drafts box as "new mail". Presumably this is a bug.

Great work, in any case!

very good. i panicked when it wouldn't open i was really looking forward to this widget. but that fix mentioned did the trick, works well now! :D
