mini iTunes Remote is a complete redesign and coding effort of the iTunes Remote that ships with Konfabulator. This version features a compact design, the ability to change your ratings, and, if you're on OS X 10.3, set your iChat status to your current playing track.
This release of mini iTunes Remote is the first in a series of different appearances.

November 16, 2007 · version 1.0 You wish you knew...Best Widget player I've seen so far--It just needs to pick up a few lessons from earlier ones. The main thing it still needs, which itunes remote needed too, but itunes_media_player had, is a way to change playlists. It would work perfectly for it to drop down from the title/time slide bar.
