miniCalc

A simple and tiny pocket calculator that accepts keystroke entry or mouse interaction. It is always available with a minimized mode so that it slides away when not in use.

The result is available to any application through copy and paste from clipboard. It includes four configurable skins.

by the way, if you search for Kalculator, you'll find a pretty nifty one that's been 'round for a while and doesn't seem to have the error factor I've seen in this one and a few other calculators folks have written.

If the calculation worked right I would give 5-stars. Try this little test.
218.96 - 150.00 - 35.00 and see if that looks right to you.?
My answer was :: 33.95999999

So, I cannot use this widget, not as-is, anyway.

The % (percent) function does not work correctly. Normal use would be to type (for example) 45 / 50 % and to get the answer 90. If an operator key like + is used after %, the value changes (in the above example) to 0.5 (=50/100). After using %, the next digit input should replace the answer, not feed into it.
