A compact and tiny audio player intended to keep the Widget small and save valuable desktop space. It can play a single audio file, a folder full of audio files, or CD audio tracks.
You can play audio without Windows Media Player, iTunes, Winamp, or other audio players open. Tested using Windows XP Professional and Windows Media Player 9.

This is just what I've been looking for!. I love to listen to music while I'm surfing the Internet and before installing this widget, I would have to open up Musicmatch - which is a CPU hog within itself - and it would usually slow my pc down. Not this one. I love the hotkey functions which allow me to skip track, next, previous, open and mute. Kudos to the creator of this one. Great job!!!

There is, however, a big problem on my Vista64 with it... the Hotkeys are used systemwide. As long as the widget is running, Strg-Shift-Z, Strg-Shit-V and so on aren't useable in Indesign and other programs anymore, as the Player overrides them. I tried microplayer, but even with the Hokeys turned OFF, I still get the same results... the Hotkeys stop working, but they STILL won't function in other software such as CreativeSuite by Adobe. … More

Just one suggestion though, could you also make it compatible with REAL PLAYER because it's my default player and the place where I download all my music. I have a Palm Tungsten E2 that I use to listen to all my MP3 files. So I have music on REAL PLAYER files that I can't transfer to Media Player.
