To get these, fill in your location details in the Sunrise/Sunset preference pane. Open the memo for any date. Mouse over the memo window - you should get a tooltip with sunrise/sunset and moonrise/moonset times for that date.

Thanks for your product! I tried quite a few widget cal's and this is what ended up using.

The only thing I still don't get is the sunrise/sunset times, but that's not a real issue, of course :)

Ver. 2.9 works fine for all features except the calendar will not stay where I put it on the screen. At random times it moves horizontally to about 2/3 of the way from right to left on my 22" screen as if it thinks the resolution should be 1024x768 and that position is the right edge of the screen. I do not know what event causes the move since I leave the computer and it is moved when I come back.

I have the same problem with the mini weather widget but all other widgets stay where I put them even on my second screen.

There is a new version (3.0) at http://tinyurl.com/6zuml7 which provides more user control of the size of the font used in the calendar.

The 2.9 beta works well, so the today marker is no longer an issue. Regarding the movement, it does strike me as being very peculiar. This is the only widge that I've seen exhibiting the behavior, and it only happens when it's set as below. But it's not a deal breaker by any means, and thanks for the update.
