It has come to my attention that the feeds that the widget was previously using are no longer available. I had previously made mention of a second version which would include more cameras, however those efforts with Metro Commute (company that hosts content) fell through. It looks like there is a new company hosting the content, so I will try again. Stay tuned...
It's been a while since I posted this widget and had no idea people were posting comments, let alone downloading it...
It's probably easiest to get questions answered via email as I don't check for these posts very often...obviously.
Keep an eye out over the coming weeks as I will be posting a completely updated version of the widget which hopefully will include all cameras in the Metro Detroit area.

All the widget does is display a JPG file that is downloaded from the traffic camera on port 80 via HTTP. There is a "NO VIDEO" file that is display by the actual camera / server when the connection is lost. It essentially means the camera is offline.
