You can reset all widgets at startup pressing CTRL at the same time.
What font you change, what OS, did you resize, did you restart the whole engine?

Some remarks:

Display size versus pixels: Actual pixel size is different between displays. a 17'' with 800x600 has larger pixels than a 17'' with 1280x768, so setting your physical screen size will allow a more accurate estimation of distance (still not accurate, you might have a black border).

Click count: the current konfabulator engine does not allow to hook into the keyboard chain. Maybe future versions will, then I will update this widget too...er).

Tricky question, depends on their single resolution they run on, but the widget can not know which monitor the mouse runs in. A 39'' would be the best choice if both monitors got the same pixelwidth (i.e. 1600x1200). Otherwise I would suggest to middle the value (don't faint now):
19'' 1200 25.4*19/1200 ->1px= 0.402167 mm
20'' 1600 25.4*20/1600->1px= 0.3175 mm
med=0.359833 * 2800/25.4 --> 39.66666
This value is arguable, maybe you work more on the 20'…9; so the metric travel distance is shorter (pixels are invariant to this).

I would not meditate too much about it, just sum up the 2 monitors :lol:

You can change display size whenever you like, the resulting travel distance is always calculated real-time (technically spoken: it saves the pixels and not the 'real' distance. For display it calculates the distance using your current display size and chosen unit).
