Jane, values update once a day mostly. So you will see changes if you start using regularly.
No name, the sites mentioned dont let tools like this one to grab values from them. So cannot use them. Sorry.

Vic, I didnot understand your question. Conversion happens on the widget itself and doesnot re-direct to a site though information is grabbed from the site mentioned in the description (because that site is updated periodically with latest rates). I assume you have clicked on hyperlink on the header which takes you to the site.
