I love this! I love how the papers actually look like Post-Its & that the "MemoPad" is this tiny little icon that can be in the corner of my desktop not taking up much space.
As soon as you click on the MemoPad, a note pops up which you can write in. To save it, just click on the desktop. If you want to add more, just click on the note again. If you want to delete it, there's a " - " in the right hand corner. So simple!
There's also a MemoCabinet which saves th…e notes & you can delete them or choose which ones you want to stay on the desktop.
This is exactly what I was looking for- something simple and easy to use. Thank you!!More
I'm not entirely comfortable with it yet, but the interface is uninteresting. I'm sure I could find something a little more exciting, but it does get the job done.
Finally I got rid of a bunch of sticky notes flying around the screen. The MiniMe stays unobtrusively Topmost at a corner of the screen allowing a quick note, with time-date stamp, to be created with one click. Unfortunately the notes are not resizable at will, allowing each for only a meager number of lines. The MemoCabinet, also Topmost, allows calling and working over applications, at will. The notes in the Cabinet should have a title feature such that the first line and the first line alone …would display in the Cabinet. The number of notes (now only 6) displayed in the Cabinet, should be customizable. The import/export feature is useful to prevent data loss, but would be better if it created a txt file. The major hitch with this widget is the choice of colors if you want to have any transparency. I had to go with black notes, white ink !... Well done, though.More
