National Geographic Picture of the Day

Displays the National Geographic Picture of the Day on your desktop. A description of the image is available in a slide out text area that can be positioned on any side of the Widget. Whoops, the feedback box understands the ampersand encoding ;) -- I'm talking about & # 0 3 9 (no spaces) where you see a single quote mark/apostrophe.

Very nice! The only problem I see is that the info panel for today looks, in part, like this:
"..writing home to say: 'Don't worry, Ma, I'm OK..." It's very hard to read when the single quotes are displayed encoded.
