The National Rail Widget will help you keep track of arrivals and departures (in real time) to/from any station covered by the www.nationalrail.co.uk Web site.
The Widget will automatically refresh itself every 10 minutes, but you can force a refresh by clicking on the text "Refresh Trains". This refresh cannot exceed once every two minutes by request of the RTTI web site admins.

Also, in a few cases I've found stations on strange pages on the National Rail web site -- so Paddington is under 'L' (because it's LONDON PADDINGTON) -- so it's worth going to nationalrail.co.uk to see where your station appears (i.e. it might not be under 'W' for WOKING even though this is the logical place for it).
