Rob, all applications that run on your computer basically have unrestricted access (whether they be widgets or more standard applications). Neon Clock has the option to read custom sound files from your computer disk so it needs that access. You should always assume that anything you install on your system has unrestricted access and just make sure you get the software from reputable places. And, of course, have recent anti-virus software running on your system.

RobI stopped at the part where it said unrestricted access to your computer. To be fair, I didn't try it so I won't rate it. I really was interested in it.

Under widget menu
WidgetWorldTo set the alarm on window, simply right click and select "Alarms and Chimes" and go from there.
