yyy3r@Lurk - You can turn off the balloons and use the default tooltips, or you can use the pull-out tray, as seen in the screenshot above. Just right click the Widget, select "Widget Preferences", select the "Appearance" tab and click the popup button near the "Show descriptions on a " to choose how descriptions are shown.

Resizing
BuonoYes, I did notice that, but the smallest size is 400 (horizontal) and I would like to resize as much as I want ... :-)

hod do you open the right sode tray (with description)
nir-melamoudit does not opened automatically, and I can not find a button / right click / configuration to open it.
