NPR Addict

For you NPR addicts out there, you can use this Widget to select an NPR program by date to stream via Windows Media or RealPlayer on Windows or Mac. There are several other public radio streams and archives that are added over time (e.g., CarTalk, A Prairie Home Companion, and others).
Note: this Widget does not play the streams, in simply invokes your audio player to do so.

November 16, 2007 · version 0.9c wrleeNPR changed their web site scripts in a way that broke this widget (causing the player never to be invoked). I have posted a new version of the widget, but since it may take a few days for them to make it public. You can download version 0.9c with the fix from http://evolutedesign.com/website/widgets.html, if you do not want to wait.

NPR Widget status
wrleeI apologize to those of you on the Widget Engine 4.5. I have not had time to address problems introduced by this new engine. I will post a new version as soon as I have time to work on it.
(I would have had an update sooner, but, for some reason the 4.0.5 engine did not notify of the update to 4.5, so I've still been running 4.0.5).
