I tinkered around a bit and finally found a solution to the pesky apostrophe problem. Version 1.8 (once it is approved for the gallery) fixes it--no more weird boxes in the headlines!

Great little Widget, but I have to ask, how come all RSS Reader Widgets don't feature resize code? I want a larger window, with some scale.

BTW - love the right click context menu option, really nice touch. Perhaps a little overkill for how many feeds there are, but I still love having the option.

I have also noticed that issue lately. The New York Times has apparently changed their formatting for apostrophes. I've already tried to fix it, but to no avail; if I try to replace that "string" it crashes the widget! I'm hoping they just revert back to their old format (which was using a regular old apostrophe), but in the meantime, I'll make some more attempts. Thanks for letting me know. I'm glad you like the widget.

I love this widget, one of my favorites. Just wanted to report a bug, apparently some html symbols are not properly supported. Today's NYT homepage has the following headline:
Sects’ Strife Takes a Toll on Baghdad’s Daily Bread
The Widget is displaying the apostrophe as (spaces added to keep this webpage from converting the code): & # 8 2 1 7

Apparently, there was another bug that I set off when I released 1.6 that only (rarely) happened with certain feeds that were missing chunks of data from the rss file. Everything should be working great now in 1.7. Sorry for the need for multiple updates in such a short time.
