OCC Analog Clock

If you watch "American Choppers" you've seen the Orange County Chopper clock hang on the wall. This Widget places the clock on your desktop and when you turn on the chime, Paul Sr. will insult you every 15 minutes.

I loved this -- it's so clever! But how do I reduce the size? (I know this is simple widgit ability, but I can't figure it out.
