The next and previous buttons cycle through the months; year can be changed via the Preferences window.
Time zone, columns displayed, and background opacity are configurable. The Widget minimizes to the logo.

I ignore widget requests that are made in the "comments" section. I have a lot of widgets in the gallery right now, and while I appreciate the feedback, I see the "comments" as useful for other people who might want to use the widget and not as a good medium for correspondance with the developer.
