A radio player that has the abillity to play 32 (choose from up to 100 user-defined stations) different radio stations of your own choice, just enter the data in the edit dialog.

JohnTop class radio player; simple to use, customizable, attractive display, reliable. Only downside is it's a little fidely to set up with exactly the right URL and picture type, but once it's there it's well worth it.

Seemingly handy in theory, but far less handy in practice. Imho, the interface is non-intuitive as is the editing of the station lists with the 'audio-stream' urls. I find it far easier to bookmark my favourites in FireFox and use something like http://links.radio-online.com/stations.htm to find the rarer ones.
