No, it's fine. Radians are a measure from a starting angle to an ending angle. Since clocks start at the "12 o'clock" position and proceed in a "clockwise" direction, that's where he's started and the direction he's gone in.

hey, thats awesome...one problem though, i just learned about radians the other day in class and im pretty sure its all wrong. start from the 3 w/ 2 pi and work your way aroud counter-clockwise, i think all ur numbers are ok, except the problems the others mentioned, they are just in the wrong place.
