Steve Z, ping don't calculate anything, it simply perform command:
ping -n 5 {host}
where "-n 5" is how many time to send the ping request and "{host}" is a host name or IP address to ping.
If you could execute the following command and post here contents of result file (c:ping.log) so I could understand what I've do wrong.
The command:
ping -n 5 {host} >c:ping.log
replace the {host} with the target you're pinging.

Hash - I have downloaded your fix and seems to run just fine - seems stable and updates and gives results. One issue - it appears the math may be off. I have one ping with a 80ms min and 368ms max with a 1459ms ave. Does not seem right.
