A great widget, but a couple things that do need fixing:

- I agree about the fact that it's got to be updated to remember its last location. Really annoying that it ignores last position, and seems to always pop-up in the middle of the screen when started.

- It'd be great if it could run in "Konspose" mode. Right now, it vanishes if you tell it to run there (I've been seeing this issue with a lot of widgets, that won't run in Konspose).

It seems to work ok. But I think that it should work like the regular start button. When you normally go to Start, Shut Down, the dialog box shows up asking you to confirm what you want to do. What if you accidently click on the wrong button like Shut Down, when you actually wanted to lock the computer?

Nice Optic. Nice Idea... At my PC: If this Applet is Running, i cant shut down my PC. The "Shutting Down" Screen of XP stays. Without this Widget i have no Prob.
