The spine exercises/stretches are useful. I also really like the water monitor, as it serves as a good reminder to drink more water. However, I changed my settings to reflect my accurate weight and, instead of telling me how many ounces of water to drink, the glasses show the weight range I selected. Maybe (hopefully) an update will fix this glitch...

I don't know if something's buggy with my widget, but instead of pausing on one exercise long enough to do it, it cycles through, one after another so I can't concentrate on doing just one. Even when I open "more info" to try to focus on one at a time, it just keeps cycling through. If this is how it's intended to function, it would be great to add a pause button or something so a person can concentrate on one thing at a time. Great concept, anyway.

It has been reported to me that it runs on a Mac just fine with version 4.0.3 of the widget engine. I am not sure about other ones.
