QuickGrab

Have you found the Grab application to be a little bit unwieldy when you needed a screenshot quickly? QuickGrab puts the functionality of Grab a click away.

This Widget implements the screencapture command in Darwin.

Excellent until Leopard.......

I love this little camera specially to grab directly to the clipboard.
It is really useful. I recommend it widely...

OK. But I hate to say I got so accustomed to QuickGrab and suddenly... it doesn't work on my new eMac with OSX10.5 / Leopard.

Please Robert... make it work on it. I need it so much...

Uh oh! I don't have Leopard yet, but I suspect the problem is that screencapture no longer exists in Leopard. If you still have old installations around, try copying screencapture to /usr/bin (or the like).

If this is too complicated, I'll see if I can find an alternative, Unix-based program online. (I don't think so... screencapture is definitely OS-X specific.)

its great but can't find my capturd images!!
where are they!?

I can't get it to work properly. It will output to the clipboard, but it won't grab to a saved .pdf file. Tried all settings, no luck. Changed file name, changed save location, and it still won't save to folder.

Any ideas?
