Displays a large vatiery of Doppler radar, visable, and infrared still and animated images from Weather.com. Simply select a nearby city/view (or any 2 cities/views to enter dual-image mode) from the dropdown menus. Supports http proxy connections. Designed for US users, but supports satellite views of the rest of the world. Based on TommyCam by Adam Talcott.

Could you be more specific on hbow to stip the copyright symbols out?

All you need to do to get it working with Y!WE 3.1 is open up the .kon file and strip out the copyright symbols. There's two of them. Remove them and it works as good as ever.
