Change "Radar.widget" to "Radar.widget.zip".
Do not unzip the file instead RIGHT CLICK and CHOOSE "Open With" and open with WinRar.
In WinRar you CLICK (to open) on the "Radar.widget" folder which reveals a "Contents" folder.
CLICK (to open) this folder to view a "Resources" folder, Radar.kon file and a "refresh.js" file.
Drag the …"refresh.js" file out of the WinRar window.
Open the "refresh.js" file in a text editor.
The fifth line will begin with "url.location = ".
Change the URL to the exact URL for the radar image from a local TV Station.
An example for Phoenix is http://www.azcentral.com/weather/wx/super_rad.jpg.
Make sure to keep the quotes around the URL.
Save the newly changed "refresh.js" file in the text editor.
Drag the "refresh.js" file back to the WinRar window.
A Window will pop open titled &qMore

It is fairly easy to change to your radar. Extract the files, edit the link in the .js file to use your choice radar pic, rezip, rename and use.
