It's the Rei Ayanami window sitter!
It's basically the same as the one by Grigori Vasilev except this one feature two additional "outifits" (the bandages are added), and 7 additional sounds (which sound clearly now).
Same operations, blinks at random intervals, and to move it you have to hold down Cmd (Mac) or Ctrl (Win).

Cricutshe isnt fun because you cannot use her like most wiedgts, you have to pressthe Ctrr
key to gether to move, I deletted her.....
Do have to say she is cute...
