This is a fun widget. :)
I made this small modification to get rid of the background.

DIY transparent backgound:
1. Unpack the widget to a folder using a widget converter.
2. Find the resistor image 'RealResistor5.PNG' in the 'images' folder.
3. Open the image in a image editor. (I used Paint Shop Pro 7.)
4. Make the bluish background color transparent (In PSP: Colors/set Palette Transparency).
5. Make a backup of the original image
6. Close the widget if its is running.
6. S…ave the image with the original name.
7. Run 'ResistorClock_Precision.kon' in the 'Contents' folder.
8. Admire the amazing floating resistor! ;)
9. Optionally, repack the widget. More

Also vote to remove the background.

nice piece of work - but it could be improved for my use by being able to turn off the seconds. I could also suggest that the user be able to choose between 24 hour and AM/PM use - maybe use the Tolerance rings for AM (Gold) and PM (Silver). Just an idea - but thanks for the widget.
