(Update with rating) Perhaps this will help people instead of casting more confusion. If you have wordweb and it is an older version as I had, go to the above url and install the newest version. I had an older version of this on my computer and this widget was incompatible with it. I installed the new version and it works fine. Nice little widget.

I have wordweb installed and running and am getting the same error.
