How long had you been using Satellite Images Widget before it stopped working? And also, could you describe the problem a little better? At what point did it stop? Did you upgrade or change something? Also, what OS are you using? XP, Vista? I'm not sure why this is happening to you and perhaps a handfull of others, but the widget works fine for thousands of people. I need more info before I can fix it. Sorry.

As I said before, I downloaded v3.5 in the morning and was quite happy to have the widget back up. I hid the widget and read my mail and went about my regular routine away from the computer. That evening I wanted to check my favorite images, but the old problem was back. I deleted the widget and tried to reload. No joy. It reloaded but it doesn't last more than a few seconds and cuts out.
I am using XP. I haven't changed anything. Unless MS has sent upgrades I'm not aware… of, nothing has changed on my end. I'm just sorry this lovely widget isn't working. I really miss it. More

Hi Katie- what I'm trying to understand here is this... Are you saying that before any of the problems with the widget began, you used the widget sucessfully for how long? Perhaps days or weeks? 'Cause if it was actually running for any significant period of time and then it just stopped working out of the blue, then hmmm, I'm stumped and would suspect something with your system. Let me know. Thanks...

I used v3.2 for about a month before I had problems as described by others here. On Monday 10OCT08 I downloaded v3.5 in the morning. When first downloaded it worked fine. That evening the problem was back.
