Hey, this is good for more than just savings. I'm using it to track word count for my novel, so I just left the currency symbol blank and put " words" in the "symbol after" box, and the thing tells me I'm shooting for 100,000 words. You can put any picture you want in there, like a mockup of your novel cover, or a picture of your soon-to-be figure, if you use it to track " pounds lost." It works.

Great little tool to aid you in saving some cash here and there! I am currently using it to track my savings towards some new PC equipment.

It works as advertised for the most part. The only issue I am having is the occasional extra decimal showing when I make an addition or subtraction. Lit it showing $25.5000000007 saved instead of just $25.50. Simple little fix for me, just takes a couple seconds to clen up the input in prefrences, but it does get old having to do it every few times I add an… amount.

The ability to open mutiple instances odf this widget would be very handy. In changing the colors around, I found that selecting white as a background defaults it to s asilver/grey background which is unfortunate as I'd like to have it as a transparent overlay on my mostly white background. I would also like to have the abilty to do away with the image all together if one isn't selected and just have the information box showing as I know what I am saving for and the picture More

This sounds like the widget I'm after except that I can't get it working! Have ver. 1.1 and when I set all the preferences it just says "Please Wait" and nothing happens! I've noticed other people had this prob as well...is there a fix for it please??

I'm running this widget on a mac. all it does is say "please wait." i have the latest version. "1.1" any suggestions?
