Scribbler is a clipboard extension that stores pieces of text, URLs, and file locations. It is a very versatile tool and is a must-have if you do a lot of copy/paste-ing like me ;)

...sorry, forgot to add that the only way to get Scribbler to run again is if I clear the "ScribEntries" value in the registry.

It's crashing on me sometimes when I copy text that covers multiple lines. For example, when I copied text from my post below, the debug window gave this:
------------
[Scribbler] SyntaxError: missing ; before statement (main.js: Line 793)
Global/onLoad [main.js:793] SyntaxError: missing ; before statement:
Global/onLoad [main.js:793] txtAr[0].data = 'Reinier: Looking good. Here's my input. The help button does nothing, but you probably ';
Global/onLoad [main.js:793]

Reinier: Looking good. Here's my input. The help button does nothing, but you probably know that. Again, I'd very much like to see a one-click method of deleting scribblings. On the Check URL function, it would be nice if I could single-click it to select it for pasting and double-click it to actually launch my browser to the URL. Right now, if I only want to paste the URL somewhere, I have to close the IE window that launches. Also, it screws up the URL for me. For example, I cop…ied "http://my.yahoo.com" and when I clicked that scribbling it returned "http://http%3A%2F%2Fmy.yahoo.com%2F/". Tinting: This is nice, though I have no idea how to make it show a color that I want, other than trial and error, which is a pain. Can you change this to use RGB or hex color values? I don't mean to sound negative with all this and please don't take it a such. This is still my favorite widget. Thanks for you hard work!More

http://www.x-plicit4.nl/Scribbler_3b2.widget - Try downloading that one and opening it, it should position at the middle of your screen... If not, hit "SHIFT+F5" to make it appear...
