Simple Date and Time
A simple Widget that shows the date and time on one single line. The date and time format can be customized and four different skins are available. It also features a simple alarm manager.
The Widget displays the day and month using your locale settings. Monday = Pondělí
Tuesday = Úterý
Wednesday = Středa
Thursday = Čtvrtek
Friday = Pátek
Saturday = Sobota
Sunday = Neděle
January = Leden
February = Únor
March = Březen
April = Duben
May = Květen
June = Červen
July = Červenec
August = Srpen
September = Září
October = Říjen
November = Listopad
December = Prosinec

1) From Midnight until 12:59 a.m. on the 12-hour format setting, I am getting a reading like "0:59" instead of "12:59"
2) AM/PM in 12-hour format (already mentioned below)
I'm on a Mac, and these are my current settings: DAY MM d2 y4 h1:m2
