simpleCalc

A simplest, but powerful one-line calculator in JavaScript.

Usage:
- Type the formula in the window, then the result will appear scrolling up into the window.
- [pg up], [pg dn], [home] and [end] keys, to display the history of calculation.
- [pg dn] on the recent result, to display a new blank field.
- [shift] + [option] + [delete], to clear the history.

I appreciate the idea behind this, but would prefer the result appear in the widget and not in a dialog box. Having the extra task of closing the dialog box distrupts the simplicity of the appliance. Instead of adding extra buttons, I would suggest a shortcut key to transfer the result to the clipboard and a shortcut key to clear.

A useful start, but it would be much nicer if an output <text> window were to appear when a result was shown, rather than a dialog box. The ability to stretch the input field would also be very useful, as it is quite short. Buttons to tranfer a result to the input <textarea> and to clear the input area would be useful.
