Keeps says waiting for data... any tips?

A great Widget for us who love to listen to what Sirius has to offer .

Love it love it love it! Automatically starts where you left off when you reboot, no annoying "Are you still listening?" questions. It's perfect.

The only request I have is could you make a mini version?

This is by far my favorite, and most useful widget! I work night shift, and its perfect to keep on my laptop so i can listen to music while i play mmo's. So far, ive used it for almost a yr. and have yet to notice any game lag due to it. Thanks again!!

I've been using this widget for years now, and am among what I am sure is the minority of users who have actually contributed towards its development. That being said, I felt compelled to respond to those who are critical of Tanner and/or the widget itself. If you are one of the critics, please get your facts straight before you post--you should know the following:

- Tanner has developed this mostly without compensation, on his own time. So unless you can do a better job, and are willing… to devote a boatload of hours in doing so for free, put yourself in his shoes.
- The new GUI has significantly improved features and ease of use, in my opinion, compared to the older one. Before you bash it, take the time to test drive it.
- The reason the talk radio channels do not work is because of a change made by Sirius, NOT Tanner. This is not a bug, and in fact, the very few bugs that have been discovered were typically fixed within a day. Sirius is constantly making changes in its broadcasts, and it's got to be pretty tough to keep up.
- If you compare this widget to a lot of the ones available, it is obvious that a great deal of coding and attention to detail has gone into it, which says a lot about Tanner.

So there it is, IMHO. And no, I'm not related to Tanner, nor have I even met or spoken with him. I just know a quality product when I see it, and it's simply not fair to criticize him in this manner. If you don't like the widget, don't use it. I for one, am grateful that it saves me the cost of having to buy an additional tuner for home and work, as well as having to use the unwieldy Sirius website app to stream my stations.
