Smart Wake

by J Bruno

An alarm Widget designed to be set-it-and-forget-it. Features multiple alarms, set alarms to go off on specific days of the week, an option to automatically unmute the computer when an alarm goes off, talking alarm, and adjustable snooze functionality.

Just set your alarms and then hide the Widget. It will automatically show the notification window anyway.

This is exactly what I was looking for!!! At first I wasn't even going to try it because of the other reviews, but after I downloaded it, I kept setting test alarms just so I could hear it! lol! I love the fact that it talks, except that it doesn't say AM or PM, but it's free, so I'm not complaining:) Now I'll never miss another show or appointment again... let me know if you have any other cool widgets to choose from

This widget works OK as long as I use the tone alarm. But I have tried it several times and different ways and it will not speak on my Macs.

Finally a time that works for me. Please clean up the layout by moving the add alarm section to the menu and reduce the overall screen layout by replacing the remove button with a simple icon and adding the posibility to choose your own font size.

I have all three boxes checked & the alarm sound keeps beeping but it doesn't speak the Time or Alarm Title. I tried unchecking the Play Alarm sound, but then all it does it pop up on the screen & there is no sound. I had this widget before & it worked fine so I am not sure why it is not working this time.
