It seems like a lot of you are having the "Can't fin SpeedFan.exe" problem. What you need to do is go to this link: http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php
Then click on the blue words "SpeedFan 4.34." This will download the actual SpeedFan application so you now have an .exe folder in your computer. Bring up the widget and click on agree. Your Yahoo SpeedFan widget should work now. However, some of you may find the widget pointless now because the original one you downloade…d already has all the things the widget has, though if you delete the original download, the widget will not work. So some of you may just end up deleting the widget, but that's really up to you. Also, the original download displays the temperature on the task bar, making it more convenient.More
Pretty widget with quick, easy-to-read info. Great that it doesn't need Speedfan's logging feature to work.
One suggestion: IMHO, it would benefit from being smaller (width and height). Here are my (humble) suggestions:
1. Maybe allow adjusting the size of the font, and/or the size of the graph.
2. Deadspace between the label and the graph could be eliminated, or, better yet, the labels could even be transparent overlays on the graph.
3. Have an option to remove the "title bar&…quot; (where it says "System Monitor") since it is large and the legend it provides (ie. "sensor" "current") is self-evident to all but the most n00bs.
4. Alternatively, just have an option to set the HxW and scale everything accordingly
5. Of course, keep your tag at the bottom ;)More
The Yahoo Installation for widgets works great but when I select this widget for installation it asked to agree/disagree with terms of use and then fails to find speedfan.exe in its proper directory. Speedfan.exe is not installed anywhere on my computer and I followed the directions for installation. Something is missing in this installation process or the speedfan.exe is being blocked by Windows OneCare program, although OneCare is not reporting that its block. I do have administrator privileges on my computer. I am running XP Pro and it is fully patched.

What version of the widget and the widget engine are you running? What version of Speedfan? What version of Windows are you running. If you wanted help with the widget, you will have noticed that there is a help website and contact email displayed in the widget menu (even if it doesn't start all the way up).
