Thanks for your interest! Two major features are planned for version 1.3.

1. The ability to watch more than one custom feed, with different colored circles for each.

2. Not just limited to watching feeds, but also individual widgets for updates. So now you can check if your favourite but buggy widget is getting any more stable!

I probably will drop the skinning feature for now, and leave you with the circle. I like the circle best myself. If I get the time, I will include the feature T-bird-…man is asking for but it will probably be saved for later. I don't know if there is such a widget out, but I'd think there is.

Also the option to automatically hide the widget when clicking on a url will be added. And clicking on it to reset it and visit widgetgallery.com.

Is it possible to enter a URL into a widget on a Windows platform and have it monitor and notify when any information on that page changes, or the page is updated, the same way your widget monitors the widget gallery?

I've tried the widgets I could find in the gallery, but none do this task (or I couldn't get them to work).
