This widget has the ability to have the sound and animations turned off via the preferences. I would suggest you look there to check your settings.

My best widget but problem with the sound...No sound now and before it was ok.
I install again the widget and still no sound...grgrgrgrgrrrrrrrrrr! I put it out and i wait
for next update.
