It works on Windows XP however, the whitepage source is often riddled w/errors. Suggestion for next version, have the info load in a drop down window vs opening your browser.

Yep, I have OS10.4.7 and it doesn't work. once you click search, the fields go blank and there are no results. Check out:http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/reference/reverselookup.html
