it would be nice if after you enter the area code the cursor automatically jumps to the next box, and so forth.

Also the results should come in a small window.

I just downloaded it (Mac OS 10.4.4) and it doesn't work for me either. I enter a phone # in and click "search" and the three fields go blank and nothing happens. My internet connection is fully functional, and I even tried the number from the screen shot, still nothing.

Stuart, please tell us what you mean by "would not work." What did you try to do? What happened?

Tried to download it...would not work...no istructions...whats the point if you can't get it.
